Subscription FAQ's
When will my coffee ship out each month?
In order to provide you with the freshest coffee, we ship the coffee out the first Saturday of every month. Depending on where you live will depend on how long the shipment takes to arrive. Due to Covid, shipping times may take longer than usual.

Why are my payments not going through regularly?
When you are paying your invoice, make sure you check the Automatic Payments box and save your card as well. If you forget one or both of these steps, then on the 25th of each month you will receive and invoice instead of a receipt. We want to make sure your subscription is as easy for you as possible, so make sure those boxes are checked!

I no longer want delicious coffee delivered to my door, how do I cancel my subscription?
We understand there are many reasons you may need to cancel your subscription. We will be sad to see you go but want to make that as easy for you as possible. In order to cancel your subscription, send us an email at manager@lucabe.com. We'll work with you to get everything wrapped up for you as easily as possible.

Subscription Pro Tips
Pro Tip #1- How many bags should I target per month?
If you're looking to provide yourself with delicious coffee for the entire month, we can help you with that.
If you brew a pot of coffee or Chemex each day, we'd suggest the 4 bags a month subscription plan.
If you are making pour overs or single cups of coffee every day, 3 bags of coffee a month will have you covered.
If you're a light coffee drinker, 2 bags a month will get you by just fine.
We would really suggest the 1 bag a month option for those who like to drink diverse coffees throughout the month and may be buying coffee from other shops as well.

Let's say you've got an entire office to keep caffeinated and 4 bags a month just won't do it for you. Reach out to us here and we can help you plan a bulk subscription order.

Pro Tip #2 - Which subscription is right for you!?
Monthly Foundational is meant for the daily drinker who loves to drink their favorite coffee regularly. This is the best way to enjoy your favorite brew at home daily.

Barista's Choice is for the diverse coffee drinker who loves a good surprise. Each month, our Head of Coffee Subscriptions will hand select the coffee for that month and provide an information card about that specific coffee as well. This particular subscription will provide you with a rotation of our foundational coffees and every third month, a selection of one of our seasonal coffees as well.

Monthly Seasonal is really geared towards the coffee enthusiast. Each month, you will receive one of our amazing seasonal coffees. These coffees rotate throughout the year, based on coffee harvests for different regions they come from and always have rich and diverse flavor profiles. Since which seasonal we have is dependent on the time of year, the Head of Coffee Subscriptions carefully selects which seasonal goes out each month.

Prepaid Subscriptions were created with the idea of the perfect gift for a coffee lover. Whether you're buying the gift for a friend or treating yourself for Arbor Day, you can't go wrong with one of our Prepaid Subscriptions. Our scheduled coffee plan was created with our best selling coffees in the earlier months so no matter the length you choose, you'll be able to decide for yourself which is your favorite. And don't get us wrong! We may have planned our best sellers early in the plan, but all of our coffees are sure to be a treat!

Pro Tip #3 - This is how we brew it...!
The method you brew your coffee can drastically change the way the coffee tastes. Coffee makers make some amazing coffee, but if you've ever had a Chemex at our shop, you'll understand what we mean when we say that taking a bit of extra time for a manual brewed coffee can change your whole experience. If this sounds like something that would interest you, we would absolutely love to help you learn more. You can reach out to us at manager@lucabe.com or on your next visit to the shop, just ask one of our baristas to help you out with some more information on manual brewing.
