We source our beans through a local roaster, Sunergos, in Louisville, KY. They work directly with the farms to ensure the beans are responsibly sourced (beyond fairtrade), to obtain the highest quality, and to keep freshness as a top priority. They are considered a micro-roastery so they only source their beans to a select few businesses, and their espresso blend is award winning!
